Firm behind well-known Didsbury restaurant enters liquidation

The firm that was behind a well-known restaurant in Didsbury Village has entered liquidation owing more than £150,000, it has been revealed.

Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery has been appointed to oversee the process of liquidating Didsbury Village Ventures Ltd, which trades as Saints & Scholars.

The restaurant is located in Wilmslow Road in an ivy-clad cottage and the company was run by sole director Colin Lowes.
