Firefighters are currently keeping a close watch on Mount Wilson, a location that houses communication towers and popular hiking trails, following the recent threat posed by the Eaton Fire. The Angeles National Forest shared in a post on X that the fire had approached the area last week.
Fortunately, the fire did not cause any damage to the valuable assets in the region, thanks to the proactive fuel treatment efforts previously undertaken by the Angeles National Forest. The post also highlighted the commendable work of the firefighting personnel whose heroic efforts helped protect the area.
