Fire engines have been seen in the city centre responding to a incident. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service attended a small rubbish fire on Lower Parliament street at around 9pm on Thursday, April 20.
It has been reported that a small rubbish fire has been set, which has since been resolved. A fire engine from both West Bridgford and Stockhill Fire Stations attended.
A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue said: "We had two fire engines there for reports of a small rubbish fire. The time of call was 20:58.
"It has been dealt with and they are leaving."
