Fire-damaged house in north Glasgow up for auction with guide price of £85k

A fire-damaged house is up for auction in Glasgow for a guide price of £85,000.

Located on Everard Drive in the Springburn area of Glasgow, the detached house includes three bedrooms and one bathroom.

It has been significantly damaged following a fire, with large amounts of rubbish and other items remaining in the property. Due to the potential safety hazard this could cause, there will be no in-person viewings.
