FIR lodged against SP candidate for thrashing BJP’s booth unit president

Bharatiya Janata Party SP AIMIM Samajwadi Party

VARANASI: An FIR was lodged against Samajwadi Party candidate from Saiyyedraja assembly seat in Chandauli and former MLA Manoj Singh Dabloo for allegedly thrashing a Bharatiya Janata Party booth unit president on Sunday night.

Another FIR was lodged against some assailants for alleged attack on All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) candidate and MLA Shah Alam alias Guddu Jamali in Azamgarh. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, through a tweet, blamed SP men behind this attack.
