One of Glasgow's trendiest areas has just been picked out as one of the UK's 'coolest' by a national publication - and it'll probably come as no surprise to many of you that it's Finnieston.
Regularly picked out in these lists, the bustling strip in the west end of the city is well known for its hip restaurants, cool bars and thriving nightlife, taking over from Byres Road as the place people love to head to for a fun time.
The trendy postcode has been named in a round-up of the 15 coolest neighbourhoods in the UK by The Telegraph.

Speaking about the list, the newspaper's travel team wrote: "We present 15 of our favourite urban neighbourhoods, nominated by locals and representing all four UK nations, along with the best places within them to eat, drink, shop and sleep."
In its write-up of Finnieston, The Telegraph team gave a whistle-stop tour, describing its transformation from a "raffish and rundown ramble of houses" for local shipyard workers into the "city’s go-to hipster hub".
Giving tips on where to head, The Telegraph offered advice on where to eat and drink, stay and shop.
When it comes to grabbing a bite to eat, they single out the vegan coffee shop and kitchen Mayze, which hits the "high notes" thanks to its bakery and staff, and the creative and colourful cuisine in the Gannet.
While those looking for a drink should look no further than the Finnieston, which is their pick for cocktails, and if shopping is your goal, then the uber-cool Hidden Lane with its "smorgasbord of galleries and studios" is the Telegraph's choice.
And when it comes to somewhere to stay, they add that local interior designer Robbie Crocker's Boutique 50 and its 'Luxury Room' is the perfect place for a "touch of decadence".
The Telegraph is not the only publication to sing Finnieston's praises over the past few years, The Times named it the 'hippest place to live' in the UK in 2016, while its sister paper the Sunday Times dubbed it one of best places to live in Scotland in 2019.
