Finlay Bealham is out of the remainder of the Six Nations championship after twisting his knee against Italy.
However Tadhg Furlong, who Bealham started in place of in the three campaign wins to date against Wales, France and Italy, is among the heavy-hitters recalled to participate in a two-day mini camp in midweek ahead of the crunch clash with Scotland on Sunday week.

Furlong hasn't played since the start of December but has recovered from a calf injury that has held him back in recent weeks, after he hoped to be available for the entire championship.
Ireland are in pole position to win the championship and, as the only side with three wins from three, to claim a fourth-ever Grand Slam.
Their cause should be strengthened by the return to the squad of skipper Johnny Sexton and Garry Ringrose, who missed the victory in Rome with a groin injury and a calf injury respectively.
Jamison Gibson-Park, Robbie Henshaw and Cian Healy are back involved. Like Furlong, Gibson-Park and Henshaw have not had a taste of the action as yet in this year's Six Nations.
However Andy Farrell could put them straight back into the matchday squad if they go well in the coming days.
The camp will include an open training session against the Ireland under-20s, who are unbeaten in their own Six Nations bid, at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday morning.
As was the case in the down week before the Italy game, a number of players have been released back to the provinces with a round of URC games to be played this weekend.
