Manchester United fans have offered a mixed response to the news that Dean Henderson is expected to start against Tottenham Hotspur this evening.
Henderson has failed to make a Premier League appearance this season thanks to the superb form of David de Gea. But the former Sheffield United loanee is expected to get his opportunity today after De Gea became unwell.
The backup keeper, who turns 25 today, arrived at the Lowry Hotel on Friday night along with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and some coaching staff. The rest of the United squad did not arrive at the hotel though.

Manchester Evening News understands that there have been suggestions Atletico Madrid's La Liga win over Cadiz on Friday night played a factor in the unexpected alteration to United's preparations. Atletico won 2-1 ahead of their Champions League round-of-16 second leg at United on Tuesday.
Henderson's last match for the United first-team came against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup. He has only made three first-team appearances this season.
