EA Sports has unveiled the FIFA 23 Winter Wildcards Team 2, with a foremost name headlining the squad.
Winter Wildcards is a winter-themed promo in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team containing heavily-boosted player items with position changes, skill moves and weak foot upgrades, and in some cases, stats being boosted to 99 overall. Winter Wildcards Team 1 was in FUT Packs for one week, containing some incredible players such as Kevin De Bruyne, N'Golo Kante, Ousmane Dembele, Ferland Mendy and Jadon Sancho.
But now, Team 2 has replaced Team 1 in Ultimate Team, with some big names featured including Real Madrid 's Karim Benzema, Arsenal 's Gabriel Jesus, Manchester United 's Raphael Varane and more. EA has also released a Winter Wildcards Swaps event to run alongside the duration of the Winter Wildcards promo, with 25 tokens set to be released in total.

FIFA 23 Winter Wildcards Team 2 squad revealed
Team 2 of the Winter Wildcards promo is available in FUT now, with the squad remaining available in-game until Friday, January 6 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT. More players are expected to be released during that time as SBCs, Objectives and as part of a mini-release, with a further 17 players released during Team 1's duration in Packs.
Real Madrid's Benzema leads the squad as the highest-rated player, but a position change has moved the centre-forward to central midfield, making him one of the best in-game in his new position. There's no shortage of Premier League talent as pace-demons Adama Traore and Allan Saint-Maximin feature in new positions, whilst Andrew Robertson, Varane and Jesus all feature as well.

The Winter Wildcards promo will conclude in one week, with the Winter Wildcards Swaps event also ending on Friday, January 6 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT. A new promo will be released into Ultimate Team on the same date, whilst we may start to receive more information on the FIFA 23 Team of the Year promo, which is set for release in January.
