Team of the Week (TOTW) squads are set to return to FIFA 23 this week, but TOTW 10 may be a weaker squad than usual.
EA Sports paused the FIFA 23 TOTW promos at the beginning of November just before the start of the 2022 World Cup, with World Cup-themed promos being released instead. But now, TOTW has returned to FIFA 23, though not every domestic league has restarted after the World Cup break, with the likes of the Bundesliga, Serie A and Eredivisie all not in action at the moment.
The Premier League, La Liga and Ligue 1 have all returned, but some surprise results have seen big teams drop points, meaning there isn't a great selection for potential high-rated TOTW items in Team of the Week 10. Marcus Rashford continued his impressive form of late with the winning goal in Manchester United 's 1-0 win over Wolves, setting the winger up for a spot in TOTW 10.
Antoine Griezmann grabbed two assists as Atletico Madrid won 2-0, and a host of Premier League players could also be included. The FIFA 23 TOTW 10 squad is set to be revealed and released into packs this week on Wednesday, January 4 at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT.
FIFA 23 TOTW 10 predictions
The FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) 23 TOTW 10 line-up will be picked on single performances only, so goals and assists are not added cumulatively within the TOTW period. Also, note that performances in domestic cup competitions do not count towards TOTW selection criteria.
Only one player from any one team can be included in a TOTW line-up barring exceptional circumstances. Players included in either of the last two TOTW line-ups are ineligible, as are players who have featured in the most recent FUT 23 promo.

- CDM: Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa) - One goal and MOTM in 2-0 win (Featured TOTW)
- CDM: Paulinha (Fulham) - One goal and MOTM in 2-1 win
- CAM: Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid) - Two assists and MOTM in 2-0 win
- LM: Marcus Rashford (Manchester United) - One goal in 1-0 win
- CF: Ricardo Horta (Braga) - Two goals and MOTM in 3-0 win
- ST: Lois Openda (Lens) - One goal, one assist and MOTM in 3-1 win
- ST: Ivan Toney (Brentford) - One goal, one assist and MOTM in 2-0 win
Other players that could potentially feature in TOTW 10 include Michael Olise, Brais Mendez, Jeremias Ledesma, Ian Maatsen and more. Like every TOTW release, the TOTW 10 squad will remain in packs for one week before being replaced by the TOTW 11 squad.
