The Shapeshifters Team 2 squad has been released in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with the fan-favourite promo continuing in FUT with more fantastic players in FUT Packs.
Shapeshifters Team 1 was released in FIFA 23 last week, with a 99-rated Shapeshifter Icon Pele and a 98-rated CDM Virgil van Dijk headlining the squad as two of the best players. The promo had big expectations after replacing TOTS in FUT, and it did not disappoint, with every player released in Packs looking incredible whilst EA released some pretty fun SBCs and Objectives.
The Shapeshifters promo consists of awarding players with new positions and skill move upgrades, and the second squad of the FIFA 23 promo has seen goalkeepers included for the first time, with Manuel Neuer given an outfield item. The Shapeshifters Team 2 squad is available in FIFA 23 Packs now until Friday, June 30 at 5.59pm BST / 12.59pm EDT / 9.59am PDT, where a third Shapeshifters squad will likely take its place.

The Shapeshifters Team 2 squad may not have as many big names as Team 1, but the calibre of items is still extremely high. Garrincha leads the squad as the highest-rated player, instantly becoming one of the best and most sought-after players in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team with a 98-rated striker item as the highest-rated Icon in the squad. Samuel Eto'o has received two different cards, one as a right-winger and one as a left-winger both 96-rated.
Wilfred Zaha and Javier Cabrera have both been awarded Premium Chemistry, meaning that as long as they are in the correct position, they will both receive full chemistry in any FUT squad. Ousmane Dembele and Anthony Martial both have incredible cards, whilst Manuel Neuer looks to be a fun card to use, being given a new striker position.
