The 25 highest-rated women's players in FIFA 23 have been revealed by EA Sports, with Spain and Barcelona star Alexia Putellas topping the list.
FIFA 23 will include more women's football than ever before, with fans now able to play as women’s club teams for the first time in EA Sports FIFA history. The Barclays FA Women’s Super League and Division 1 Arkema have both been included for FIFA 23. Both leagues received authentic head scanning ahead of FIFA 23's release, whilst more are set to be revealed on the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia/New Zealand 2023 update at a later date.
In FIFA 22, England's Lucy Bronze, Netherlands Vivianne Miedema and France's Wendie Renard were all jointly ranked as the best women's player, but Putellas has claimed the top spot in FIFA 23, despite the midfielder not even being listed in FIFA 22's top 22.
As not every team are available in FIFA 23, some players, including Putellas, are only available for their national team. In total, six players from the WSL feature in this list, with Arsenal trio Kim Little, Beth Mead and Vivianne Miedema and Man City's Lauren Hemp joining Chelsea duo Kerr and Millie Bright.
