FIFA 23 ratings: Kevin De Bruyne, Mohamed Salah and the Premier League's top 25 players

EA Sports has confirmed the highest-rated players from the Premier League on FIFA 23, with over half of the players from Manchester City or Liverpool.

After unveiling the top 23 highest-rated players in FIFA 23 overall and the ambassador's ratings over the last few days, EA Sports' rollout of ratings ahead of the worldwide release is well underway. EA Sports has confirmed that five players will share the highest rating in FIFA 23, with neither Lionel Messi nor Cristiano Ronaldo solely occupying the top spot for the first time since FIFA 10.

Man City's Kevin De Bruyne is one of the five who share the highest rating, making the Belgian midfielder the highest-rated player in the Premier League for FIFA 23. Rated 91 overall, De Bruyne ranked higher than Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk, with the Premier League trio all rated 90 overall.

The Premier League top 25 list features players from Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea, but no Arsenal players are included in the list, with the lowest-rated player rated as 86 overall.

So, who are the top 25 Premier League players in FIFA 23? Let's take a look.

Man City's De Bruyne is rated 91 overall on FIFA 23, the highest-rated Premier League player in the game. Nine of the top 25 players are from City, whilst six are from Liverpool, four are from Chelsea and three are from Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.

Cristiano Ronaldo has dropped to 90 rated in FIFA 23, his lowest rating since FIFA 11. The United man is joined by teammates Casemiro and David De Gea in the top 25, but no Bruno Fernandes, despite the midfielder being 88 rated in FIFA 22, which suggests a big downgrade for the Reds midfielder.

Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias, Bernardo Silva and Rodri all received upgrades in FIFA 23 as they make up a large number of the top 25, whilst fellow City stars Ederson, Riyad Mahez, Erling Haaland and Aymeric Laporte all remain the same rating.

Fabinho received an upgrade to 87 overall whilst Trent-Alexander Arnold and Andrew Robertson remained the same rating as the Liverpool trio joined Van Dijk, Salah and Alisson in the top 25. Hugo Lloris joined Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son as the Spurs representatives, whilst the upgraded Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly were included in the top 25 with downgraded Chelsea teammates Raheem Sterling and N'Golo Kante.
