FIFA 22 players can now vote for their Premier League TOTS (Team of the Season), with the 40 nominees confirmed.
The FIFA 22 TOTS (Team of the Season) promo officially began on Sunday, April 17, with EA Sports opening up the fan vote for the Community TOTS. There were 100 players nominated for the Community TOTS squad, which features players who have performed at a consistently high level, and who have received a maximum of one performance-based special item in FIFA 22, with the voting now closed for this FUT TOTS squad.
EA Sports has now revealed the 40 nominees for the FIFA 22 Premier League TOTS FUT squad, with the fan vote officially open now. But, there are no Chelsea players featuring among the nominees.
Mirror Football has asked EA Sports to comment on the reasons for their omission, but they have yet to provide any comment. Roman Abramovich was disqualified as a director of Chelsea football club by the Premier League back in March, after the 55-year-old was added to the United Kingdom's sanctioned individuals list as the government froze his assets following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Fans can vote for who they think has been the best 11 players in the Premier League season, with the vote open from 18:00 PM BST on Friday, April 22 until Monday, April 25 at 18:00 PM BST. EA Sports has confirmed that the FIFA 22 Premier League TOTS squad will be released into Ultimate Team on Friday, May 6 at 18:00 PM BST, with the squad going out of packs on the following Friday, May 13 at 17:59 PM BST. The first TOTS squad that will be released into Ultimate Team will be the Community TOTS, with the squad set to hit the FUT mode on Friday, April 29 at 18:00 PM BST.

Starting today, April 22, fans can vote for their favourite players to establish this year’s Premier League Team of the Season, with the team announced and released in-game at 6pm BST on May 6 and ending May 13.
