The FIFA 22 Fantasy FUT promo continues this week, with Team 2 of the promo expected to be released on Friday.
Fantasy FUT, a brand new promo for FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, officially launched with the release of Team 1 last Friday with players like Marcus Rashford, Allan Saint-Maximin, Nani and John Stones receiving boosted FUT live player items. These Fantasy FUT items will be able to potentially upgrade further based on individual and team performances in real life.
There have also been players released via mini-releases, SBCs and objectives, including Lucas Moura, Sando Tonali and Moses Simon. There are three different ways for players to receive an upgrade to their rating, and if a player was to complete all three upgrade possibilities, they would receive a permanent plus three boost to their overall rating.

Along with these 11 players, expect another three players to be released in a 'mini-release', whilst another couple will be added in themed Squad Building Challenges and Objectives. The Fantasy FUT Team 1 squad is available now until 18:00 PM GMT on Friday, March 25, 2022 in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, with Team 2 to follow starting March 25th at 18:00 PM GMT until April 1, 2022 at 18:00 PM GMT.
Fantasy FUT players will earn a +1 OVR upgrade if they make three appearances in their next five domestic league games, as well as a +1 OVR upgrade if they make an appearance in a team win in one of their next five domestic league games
The third potential +1 OVR upgrade is based on players’ individual performance in their specific position:
- For attackers and midfielders, one goal or assist in their next five domestic league games
- For defenders and goalkeepers, one clean sheet in their next five domestic league games
