Feel good messages are shown across Liverpool billboards for Blue Monday

Positive messages have been placed on billboards around the city to help people through 'Blue Monday'.

On this Blue Monday (January 16), the ‘Feel Good Club’ in partnership with Jack Arts, is sharing positive messages on billboards in Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham, giving you the chance to send a loved one a free motivational message. These messages will remain live for two weeks.

Blue Monday has been said to be the ‘most depressing day of the year’ by experts. With the combination of dark winter nights, cold weather and the end of Christmas festivities, January can often feel pretty bleak with the third Monday in January commonly known as Blue Monday or one of the most depressing days of the year.
