A US federal judge criticised Elon Musk in a ruling published on Tuesday, describing his public accusation of criminal conduct against a former emergency management official as 'state sanctioned intimidation', Business Insider reported.
The dispute followed the February 2025 dismissal of Mary Comans, the Federal Emergency Management Agency's chief financial officer. Musk, then the de facto leader of the White House DOGE Office, reposted her photograph and characterised her government service as criminal.
