A federal judge struck down two Indiana laws requiring teachers and schools corporations to comply with new laws to deduct union fee from their paycheck.

Senior U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker ruled that state was permanently enjoined from enforcing Senate Enrolled Act 251 and Senate Enrolled Act 297.
