Federal Judge Denies FTC’s Request To Block Microsoft’s Acquisition Of Activision Blizzard

Federal Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley has denied the Federal Trade Commission’s request for a preliminary injunction of Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ: MSFT) acquisition of video game publisher Activision Blizzard Inc (NASDAQ: ATVI).
