FBI responds after American Airlines flight forced to divert due to ‘disruptive passenger,’ report says

An American Airlines flight was diverted after a passenger became disruptive on Sunday afternoon, according to local reports.

Flight 2819 was originally scheduled to fly from New York’s JFK airport to Chicago O'Hare, but was diverted to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport due to the disruption, according to Fox 2, which cited an American Airlines spokesperson.
