FBI arrests Minnesota teen who planned ISIS-inspired Mall of America attack

A terror attack planned on the Mall of America was thwarted FBI by agents, authorities said on Wednesday.

An 18-year-old American-born U.S. citizen had been communicating with a confidential informant for months after a years-long investigation, before agents sold him the rifle and ammunition and arrested him on the spot, they said.
