Social media star Faze Temperrr will fly back to the United States empty-handed after losing his entire purse to rival King Kenny.
The Faze Clan leader was pipped to a split decision by hometown fighter Kenny, who boxed well behind his jab and earned a tight victory.
Both Kenny and Temperrr, whose real name is Thomas Oliveira, were loathe to put too much behind their punches in the early exchanges, instead opting to start behind their jabs.
The considerably bigger Temperrr was unable to use his size to put Kenny to the sword, and it appeared that the Brit's boxing pedigree showed, coming from a family of professionals.
In the second session, with the crowd behind him at the sold-out OVO Arena, Kenny got more aggressive, showing his ring generalship throughout the exchanges.
With every step forward and big shot he threw, the fans would roar Kenny into the ascendancy, likely swaying the the judges in tight rounds.
He didn't do anything remarkable, but what Kenny did right he did well enough to cause real problems for Temperrr, who only recently began boxing training after years in other martial arts.
But many felt that Temperrr's aggression throughout the event was enough to win him the decision, despite him not landing any particularly game-changing shots.
The pair had agreed to terms before the fight that the winner would automatically be given the loser's purse as a forfeit, which Temperrr is now expected to do.
"It feels great man," he said after the fight. "I put a lot of hard work into my training.
"Thanks to my coach Daley, my older brother, he put me through a lot.

"Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support."
And asked if he would get back in the ring, Kenny replied" "100 per cent you're going to see me in the ring again.
"Any other American YouTuber, any Faze member, bring it - f***ing bring it!"
Kenny took to social media to vent his frustrations with those who felt he was awarded a 'hometown' decision.
"Everyone in the arena saw I won that," he wrote. "I don't know why people online are saying it’s rigged.
"I'm going to review the whole fight shortly on a video and show why I won. And if he wants to run it back in America for me to beat him again THEN BRING IT!"
In the main event, Deji became the only Brit to lose on the card when he took a split-decision defeat at the hands of Alex Wassabi.
Elsewhere on the card, Russian Vitaly was held to a draw in his debut against Kristen Hanby, while Armz Korleone took a contentious decision win over Minikon.
