Copenhagen Fashion Week just came to an end with another reminder of spring and fall clothes being incorporated into our winter wardrobe. As the global fashion fraternity gears up for NYFW, bringing forward unquestionable aesthetics from nordic fashion will keep it grounded by all means. The street style outside was a sterile layering game of vintage, sustainable, cool and relaxed masterful use of smart clothing.
Many attendees were spotted wearing sustainable and vintage brands at the Copenhagen fashion week. Their centre focus has always been sustainable brands recycling plastic waste to create a collection. There is so much inspiration this year’s Copenhagen street-style stars dropped for us to transition through. Scandi fashion is not just about taking notes from the Viking period of evolution, it's the subject of environmental fascination with minimalism and uber-cool bohemianism. Nordic fashion is a regional style with a vibe shift taking place this year. Copenhagen fashion is much more grounded and close to the ethical values of collections and designer brands.
