Fashion brand H&M is opening a brand new store inside a north Staffordshire shopping centre.
The retailer has signed up for a 7,000 sq ft unit at Affinity Staffordshire, in Talke, in what the company is describing as a "UK first".
H&M says the new store - which will open in the coming weeks - is the brand's only UK store in an outlet setting, which means shoppers will be able to get their hands on clothing at marked-down prices.
