Angry revellers have demanded answers after a lack of updates confirming if Farmfest will go ahead. In 2022, the festival was postponed then eventually cancelled and this year’s event also seems to be in jeopardy.
Organisers have confirmed that they will update people 'immanently' - as it stands, the festival is scheduled to take place over the beginning weekend of August.
With concerns about whether the bash would go ahead and if they would get their money back or not, festival-goers have contacted Bristol Live.

One person said: "We’ve attended probably at least 10 times in the last 16/17 years it’s run. We are massive fans of the festival, and wanted to support it, so we didn't ask for a refund last year, but trusted them and rolled our tickets over. If it’s not taking place we need to find out asap, so we can make alternative celebration arrangements. We really don’t think we’ll see our ticket money again.
"It’s really unfair on people if it’s not going ahead and they’ve not told anyone."
On the Farmfest UK Official Group many customers have also shared their confusion and upset at not knowing what is happening with the festival and refunds.
One said: “We paid two years ago and they were going to honour those tickets after lockdown but they seem to have disappeared off the planet along with our money”
A second said: “Two adult tickets to refund here. No response so far. Not holding out much hope.”
Bristol Live managed to get in contact with one of the festival’s organisers to see what was going on. They said: “It has been a tricky 18 months but we are imminently about to make an announcement regarding Farmfest 2023 and the future of the festival.”
Organisers hope to share the announcement at some point in the next week.
