A VEXATIOUS far-right agitator known for his Tommy Robinson tribute act has been widely mocked for clambering into the sea in the apparent belief that police can’t arrest people if they’re swimming.
Video shared by Daniel Thomas – who online calls himself “Danny Tommo” – shows he got a little too over-excited about the idea of getting to grandstand about small boats that he made himself sick. No, really.
“Fuck!” he shouts after hearing about a small boat landing up the beach. “Get there now. Fuck it. If we're being sick by the time we get there, we're being sick.”
A few minutes later, Tommo is again grandstanding – telling police that he was behind the masked gangs who blocked the port of Dover over the weekend and will bring “1000 men” to join him.
“Danny Tommo. You know Dover? You know Dover? You know what happened in Dover? That was me,” he brags – before apparently vomiting off camera.

Tommo then hops into the sea and proceeds to say he will drown himself if the police come near him. “I’m currently sat in the water, and after this cigarette I'm going to go for a swim,” he tells his viewers.
As he struggles to strike a flame, he adds: “Fucking hell. I wish this light would work.”
The Jouker would note it is probably not the best idea to smoke a cigarette directly after vomiting from running a short distance.
Anyway, Tommo then spots another agitator who has run into the sea to avoid the police. “Frank,” Tommo shouts. “Tell them if you go come near you, you're going to commit suicide!”
He then encourages others to do the same. “Get in the water, boys!” he shouts, as an apparently baffled police force simply leaves them to it.
“As long as you're in the water, they can't touch us,” Tommo says.
His logic is that if a police officer tries to arrest a swimming person and they drown, that officer is “done”.
Amidst all the excitement, the YouTuber realises he still has his car keys – and asks a friend to take them off him and give them to “someone that's not in the water”.
A bit later – and you really can’t make this up – Tommo asks emergency services for a blanket for his mate who is “going to get hypothermia”, apparently from being in the sea too long.
He adds: “Officer, has anyone got a bottle of water? I need a bottle of water, please. My human right!”
Tommo is given water and a blanket, and then proceeds to cause more trouble from about three feet into the sea.
One social media user responded: "What the actual...? Threatening the police with 1000 thugs, vomiting and ending up in the sea asking for blankets. This is the weirdest livestream I've ever seen."
"Proper English vomiting, proper, proper English vomiting," another quipped.
It is deeply farcical – and also deeply serious.
The far-right groups have blockaded Dover and clashed with police in Portsmouth in the last few days alone.
