The Tennessee Titans’ offense got back on track in Week 4 with an impressive showing against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Running back Derrick Henry had his best game of the season thus far, totaling 122 rushing yards and a pair of scores, including a passing touchdown.
Buy Titans TicketsThanks to improved pass protection, quarterback Ryan Tannehill had one of his best performances of the year, also, with the Titans signal-caller finishing with 240 yards and one touchdown to one pick.
Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins didn’t light up the fantasy scoreboard, but he did have his first double-digit PPR showing since Week 1, tallying four receptions for 63 yards.
He could’ve had more, though, as the veteran wideout stumbled on a deep ball from Tannehill that otherwise might’ve been a touchdown.
After a bounce-back week for the Titans’ offense, should any of these players be in your lineup for a Week 5 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts? Let’s find out now in this week’s version of start or sit.
QB Ryan Tannehill: Start
Now that we can have a little more trust in the offensive line after a much-improved showing last week, it’s safe to consider Tannehill as a starter this week, especially with some quarterbacks on bye.
The Titans have been airing it out more this season, as evidenced by the team ranking second in average depth of target (ADOT) at 10.4 yards. Adding to that, Tennessee receivers are averaging 11.6 yards per reception, the sixth most in the NFL.
Tannehill ADOT this year is 2nd among all QBs with at least 43 dropbacks.
10.4 yards. He’s throwing bombs. https://t.co/8DaMC3WmSs

Those stats give Tannehill a good shot to produce through the air, even if the Titans go run heavy. Also, the Colts are giving up the seventh-most fantasy points per game to signal-callers this season.
RB Derrick Henry: Start
Henry was teetering on the brink of not being a must-start every week after a quiet start to the season, but throw that out the window now after he was excellent in Week 4.
Up next is a Colts defense that ranks 23rd against the run at 126.8 yards per game, and Indy is surrendering the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the position.
Henry is averaging 91.9 rushing yards per game over his career against the Colts and has broken the century mark in seven of 14 contests against his division rival, including six times in the last eight meetings.
WR DeAndre Hopkins: Start
Hopkins’ breakout game with the Titans is coming, and I think it comes this week against the Colts, a game in which Tennessee may be without its No. 2 receiver, Treylon Burks, once again, which could mean more targets for the veteran wideout. Bear in mind, Hopkins already has an impressive target share of 28.9 percent.
Hopkins is no stranger to burning the Colts during his career, with the Clemson product tallying 77 receptions for 1,053 yards and six scores over 13 games, good enough for an average of 5.9 catches and 81 yards per.
The Colts are ceding the eighth-most fantasy points per game to receivers and sport the No. 28 pass defense in the NFL. Hopkins is, at worst, a solid flex option for Week 5.
