Trying to craft the perfect fantasy football lineup each week is tough to do. Whether you loaded up on running backs and receivers but left the quarterback spot thin, or stacked up on the skill positions and bypassed a quality defense or kicker in your draft, there’s that one spot in your weekly lineup that’s driving you crazy.
Lucky for you, streaming is an option. And we’re here to help you figure out the best players to stream on a weekly basis.
With four teams currently on byes, there are more than a few productive players that’ll be absent from fantasy football lineups in Week 11.
Consider replacing those players with these rentals:
Quarterbacks
Daniel Jones – New York Giants
If Danny Dimes is going to run around every week and grind his way into fantasy production, why would we expect him to do so again vs. the Detroit Lions defense?
Russell Wilson – Denver Broncos
Look, I’m not saying you NEED to stream Russ, I’m just letting you know its a solid option. He’s cooked maybe once the entire season, which just so happened to be against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2. Make of this what you will.
Running Backs
Kenyan Drake – Baltimore Ravens
With injuries to Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins, Kenyan Drake has served as the Ravens’ RB1 and is doing a good job. He took a 90-plus rushing-yard, two-TD game into last week’s bye and should have a similar ceiling in Week 11.
Elijah Mitchell – San Francisco 49ers
Kyle Shanahan really doesn’t care about fantasy football, does he? Clearly not, and nor should he, obviously. He’s on record saying last week’s goal was to have Mitchell and Christian McCaffrey split carries. It worked, both players produced and the Niners won. So, a split in carries this Monday would make Mitchell streamable.
Wide Receivers
Parris Campbell – Indianapolis Colts
Over the last three games that Matt Ryan has started, Parris Campbell has scored a touchdown, been targeted nine or more times and caught at least 7 passes in each.
Donovan Peoples-Jones – Cleveland Browns
There is one consistent wide receiver on the Browns and his name is Donovan Peoples-Jones. Does he have the upside of huge games like Amari Cooper? No. But DPJ does seem to come out of each week with around 10 fantasy points or so. If you need that kind of filler for the weekend, go ahead and roster him.
Tight Ends
Juwan Johnson – New Orleans Saints
The Saints have dealt with injuries all season long and it appears Juwan Johnson has emerged, over the past month, as the pass-catcher most likely to take advantage of the situation. He’s got 4 TDs over the past four weeks on relatively low volume.
Hayden Hurst – Cincinnati Bengals
Ja’Marr Chase is reportedly still on crutches, so it doesn’t appear that he’ll be back in time for Sunday’s date with the Steelers. That means Hayden Hurst will have more of a role (theoretically) and you can usually count on him to produce enough during games to warrant starting him.
Defenses
Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings play good and occasionally great defense, but typically never BAD defense.
Denver Broncos
Want to know how good the Broncos’ defense has been? I’ll just leave this here:
If the Broncos had scored exactly 18 points in regulation of every game, they would be 8-1.
18 points.
