The family of a man who was killed in a "tragic and horrendous way" will "not rest" until those responsible for his death are brought to justice.
Andrew Jones, 18, died from injuries sustained after he was attacked in Liverpool city centre in the early hours of Sunday, March 9, 2003.
On the 19th anniversary of his murder, detectives have issued a heartbreaking appeal on behalf of Andrew's family who still have "questions that remain unanswered".
