A “beautiful and selfless” grandmother who had a medical episode in a petrol station died, despite the efforts of a heavily pregnant nurse and Asda staff to save her.
Linda Whitelegg, 78, died after reversing into the petrol station in Harpurhey, Manchester, on Wednesday.
As well as the nurse and Asda staff, two off duty police officers came to Linda’s aid but she died, two days after her birthday.
