The family of a man who died in an alleged road rage incident have paid tribute to him as “kind”, “loving” and a “true gentleman”.
Paul Bowles, 50, died at the scene in Broadway, Chadderton, on Wednesday following reports of an argument between two drivers, Greater Manchester Police said.
