The family of a scaffolder have been left devastated after doctors confirmed that he would not recover from a freak trampoline accident.

Rob Harcourt was paralysed after he tripped and fell into a trampoline at a friend's house.

The 37-year-old from Stockton, Durham, suffered a dislocated neck and kinked spinal cord in the horrific accident.
