A family-of-10 has slammed TUI after hours of delays "ruined" their first trip overseas since the last coronavirus lockdown.
Sam and her nine relatives were left waiting two hours for takeoff after boarding a plane from Manchester Airport to Cape Verde in Africa on May 16, reports Manchester Evening News.
The 36-year-old, who originally booked the holiday in 2019 but postponed due to the pandemic, said the airline then texted her the following Monday to say their return flight would also be delayed - by two hours.
