What it’s about: A woman arrives at her Airbnb and discovers it's already inhabited by another renter ... and that's the best thing that happens to her in this bone-rattling horror film.
The kid attractor factor: Not much, this is a terrifying and hard R horror film.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Don't go in the basement. Ever.
Violence: Some extreme bloody violence, including shooting, fighting, kidnapping, dismemberment and references to sexual violence.
Language: Swearing throughout.
Sex: Nudity, and repeated references to rape, sexual abuse and sexual violence.

What it’s about: A war epic about the legendary Czech warrior Jan Zizka.
The kid attractor factor: This is a bloody historical war movie. Not much appeal for kids.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Fight for what you believe is right, always.
Violence: Extreme bloody violence with swords, maces, impalings, hangings, et al. Violence against young people and women. The brutal loss of an eye and other grisly maimings and killings.
Language: None
Sex: Some nudity and a reference to sex.
Drugs: None
Parents’ advisory: This is far too violent for kids. OK for teens if they are into this kind of medieval material.
