The family of a baby girl who was born two months early as her mum enjoyed a holiday in the sun in Turkey are desperately trying to get her back home to Britain.
Kaielle Thompson, 23, gave birth to Kaiah on May 17. The baby was born by emergency caesarean section in Fethiye, where Kaielle and her partner were on holiday to celebrate her birthday, the Manchester Evening News reported.
After being born, Kaiah was taken straight to another hospital three hours away and admitted to a newborn intensive care unit. Once Kaielle had recovered from the birth, she and her partner had to move to a hotel near the hospital and have had to pay hundreds of pounds to extend their stay.
