A family, who have been living in the same home for more than ten years, have been given a number of months notice to vacate by the landlord - leaving them in search of affordable property.
Kathryn and Michael Wakeham were issued a Section 21 (no fault eviction) notice for their home in Rumney, Cardiff.
The pair have been there for a decade and run two charities, including a food bank, in the area.
