A family-of-four suffered a holiday ordeal from hell after having their trip cancelled three times at a cost of more than £7,000.
Charlotte Moss, 43, says she was finally able to secure a booking for a hotel in Majorca on her fourth attempt, through Wizz Air for £3,700.
She says that was after she already splashed out £7,200 trying to get a half-term holiday booked.
