A family are calling for TUI to issue a full refund for their 11-night stay in Turkey after it was allegedly plagued by problems including strong sewage smells at their hotel.
Shaun Caudwell, 37, jetted off with his wife Vanessa, 33, and five children, on September 19 but claim they went on to have the " holiday from hell" upon arrival at the popular destination.
The trip reportedly kicked off with a misunderstanding between the family and reception staff who initially said they were unable to find the family's booking, before they eventually arrived in their rooms to find them in a "dirty" state, reports NottinghamshireLive.
