A 41-year-old man has been found dead on a beach in Portugal, with his family now trying to raise money for his funeral. Thomas Anson, from Chesterfield in Derbyshire, had been living in Portugal.
He spent much of his life travelling, and had spent some time as a teacher in Thailand. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
Mum, Dawn, is trying to raise money to bring Thomas home, reports DerbyshireLive. She wrote on the family’s JustGiving page : “It's not what I need right now but sadly needs must and I can't leave my beautiful boy 'unclaimed' in Portugal.
