Locals have hit out at their council after being advised to "run their taps" to remove lead that had been found in drinking water.
Residents in south London were told the discovery no longer presented a risk to their health and safety - and they can clear the problem within two minutes.
Lambeth Council made the suggestion in a letter to families at Dorchester Court, who reported the issue.
