Families sue over formula recall after their babies were sickened by infantile botulism

Families of at least two babies who fell ill from an infantile botulism outbreak are suing the makers of the ByHeart baby formula at the heart of a nationwide recall.

No deaths have been reported in the outbreak, which began in mid-August.
