Families were attacked by men in balaclavas as they tried to leave a football match at the weekend, it's claimed.
Police launched a probe following the incident as crowds left after Motherwell's 'Women of Steel' took on Hamilton Accies at Fir Park on Saturday afternoon.
Chief executive Alan Burrows confirmed on social media the club is working with Police Scotland to bring anyone responsible for crowd trouble to justice, Lanarkshire Live reports.
