The Arizona Cardinals have the tough task of cutting their roster down to 53 players. A few familiar veteran players might not have a spot on the final roster.
Who are these familiar veterans who have played for the Cardinals before but are on the bubble?

RB Corey Clement
Clement was signed last season and worked his way up to the No. 2 back. He appeared to be as high as the No. 2 back this offseason but found himself playing late in the final two preseason games.
He led the team with 79 rushing yards in the preseason finale, but if he makes the team, it is likely because the Cardinals keep four running backs.
DL Rashard Lawrence
Lawrence has been a starter in the first three years he played for the Cardinals. Of the three returning defensive linemen on the roster (Lawrence, Leki Fotu, Jonathan Ledbetter), he has been considered the best.
However, while Fotu and Ledbetter are on track to be starters, Lawrence is buried on the depth chart and only played late in the game in the preseason finale.
Victor Dimukeje
Dimukeje did not play in the finale, which could suggest he is injured. It also could mean he is lock for the roster. He enters his third season with the team. He has played a lot on special teams and has been ahead of 2022 third-round pick Myjai Sanders on the depth chart at outside linebacker. But with likely only six OLBs able to make the roster, he is certainly on the bubble.
