Falkirk's Howgate Shopping Centre goes up for auction

Falkirk

Falkirk’s Howgate Shopping Centre is being sold at auction later this month, with a guide price of £500,000.

The 185,000 sq ft centre comprises 56 units and is among the lots at the Acuitus auction, which will be live-streamed online on 18 May. Bidding can be made online, by phone or by proxy.

It currently makes annual gross rental income of just over £1m, from occupiers including JD Sports, River Island, New Look and Wilko.
