Airbnb owners in Falkirk will soon have to pay for a licence to let out their properties as new Scottish Government rules are set to be enforced.
Members of Falkirk Council's executive committee heard this week that the licensing scheme came into effect in March this year.
The new rules were brought in to address issues some areas - particularly Edinburgh - have been having with Airbnb lets.
