The Atlanta Falcons hosted Northwestern defensive lineman Adetomiwa Adebawore on a top-30 draft visit, Ryan Fowler of the Draft Network reported on Monday.
Adebawore, who finished the 2022 season with 22 QB hurries and six sacks for the Wildcats, also visited with the Chicago Bears, per Fowler.

One of the more unique athletes in the class and a potential dominant presence on Sundays.

Adebawore was considered one of the winners of the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine after running a 4.49 in the 40-yard dash and doing 27 bench press reps. The Northwestern standout is one of the most athletic prospects in the 2023 draft class, recording an elite relative athletic score at both the defensive end and defensive tackle positions.
As Kent Lee Platte points out below, Adebawore graded out higher at defensive end, which is arguably where the Falcons need the most help after the first wave of free agency.
With agility numbers from @JimNagy_SB, Adetomiwa Adebawore ends up with a higher #RAS at end than DT, despite the latter being his natural position. Would be some all time great numbers at DT, dinged only for size. pic.twitter.com/ctdoeGseJl

At 6-foot-2, 282 pounds, Adebawore has the size and athleticism to play multiple spots up front. Pro Football Focus rates him as the No. 40 overall prospect in the 2023 draft class on their big board.
