Falcons hold halftime lead for the first time all season

The Atlanta Falcons don’t have a big lead over the Minnesota Vikings, but at least it’s a lead. The Falcons went into halftime holding an 11-10 advantage, which is the first time this season that they’ve led at the half.

Thus far, Falcons quarterback Taylor Heinicke has completed 15 of 23 passes for 131 yards. The offense has only managed three field goals, but the defense has set the tone in the first half.

Atlanta forced a fumble and a safety thus far against the Vikings. Bijan Robinson has six carries for 19 rushing yards and KhaDarel Hodge leads the team with two catches for 40 receiving yards.
