The Atlanta Falcons have yet to address the wide receiver position yet in free agency, but the team has made a few notable signings.
After adding two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Casey Hayward and bringing back running back Cordarrelle Patterson, Atlanta is expected to sign former Georgia edge rusher Lorenzo Carter, NFL Network and ESPN reported on Monday.

Carter, a former third-round pick by the Giants in 2018, had 50 tackles (28 solo), five sacks, 31 total pressures and two forced fumbles in 14 starts last season.
The 26-year-old Atlanta native played well down the stretch in New York and will reportedly sign a one-year deal with the Falcons.
As for quarterback Matt Ryan, if the team is going to trade him, expect a deal to happen by 4:00 p.m. Monday. By moving Ryan today, Atlanta would avoid paying Ryan’s $7.5 million roster bonus.
This started before the #Falcons lost the Deshaun Watson sweepstakes and continued through the weekend. Matt Ryan has two years and about $54 million left on his contract. https://t.co/e2NdyRVkxu
