Fabio Paratici, Tottenham’s managing director of football, has seen his appeal against a two-and-a-half year ban thrown out by an Italian court.
Paratici was hit with the ban earlier this year over his part in Juventus’ false accounting scandal and, though the punishment initially applied only in Italy, Fifa extended the sanction worldwide in a surprise move late last month, catching Spurs on the hop.
