The FA are trialling the use of bodycams in grassroots football to help deter abuse in the game.
More than 100 referees will wear the cameras as part of the trial across grassroots leagues in Liverpool, Middlesbrough, Essex, and Worcester.
The trial comes after a BBC Radio 5 Live survey found that 98% of the 927 respondents had experienced verbal abuse, and 30% had experienced physical abuse.
